Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Slide Jewels velvet pouch and gift box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
